Our success is attributed to our dedicated team, which consists of twelve employees managing Lakeline Railroad (LLR) operations in Manitoba and six in Saskatchewan and Alberta, ensuring seamless operations.
Art Stacey
President and CEO
Art Stacey serves as the President of CCR and is primarily responsible for oversight of rail operations, financial, legal and business development matters. He has served in that capacity since the formation of CCR in 2009.
Art Stacey is also a transportation attorney, having obtained his law degree in 1982 from the University of Manitoba.

Rail Operations Specialist
Harold Koberinski has thirty years of experience in the management of Class 1 railway operations and administration. He is particularly qualified for matters in the shortline transportation sector, where he has been responsible for the design, development and oversight of train operations and administration.
